Units that have been cut and styled with customer satisfied on premises prior to departure and not eligible for a refund. Restyling, shortening or de-volumization will incurr service fee once service is complete. Priority orders can not be cancelled once order is submitted. We do not guarantee the priority schedule, if manufacturer fails the priority schedule we will refund priority fee.
Centre unit Base bubble may occur, this is fully dependent and contributed by the clients skull bone structure. This does not mean the unit is faulty in any way shape or form. Clients will be fully made aware of this prior to installation on the day if this occurs. No refunds or changes after installation.
Hairfix holds the right to assign stylists. Our salon will not install any unit not purchased from us.
All Hair pieces come curly packed, please gently inspect for colour, hair quality and base size before you cut or trim. Please keep in mind that the Hair piece needs to be returned in the same condition as you received it (curly packed) it is the responsibility of the user to be gentle when removing adhesive from the unit, Hairfix does not repair torn units nor is it covered under warranty if the user has torn the unit or the sewing seam.
